Managing liquidity for Lenders and Borrowers
Beginning week commencing 06/20/22, there may be instances where there is insufficient cash in pools, and Lenders must wait for Borrower repayments. As loans mature over the coming weeks, Borrower repayments will increase the available capital in the pools that can then be withdrawn by Lenders. Lenders will continue to earn interest and MPL rewards during this time.
Market conditions are driving an increased demand for liquidity from both borrowers and lenders. This behavior is expected as the need for liquidity becomes greater in this environment.

Pool Delegates are actively working to service all withdrawal requests. It is possible to see all loan terms and repayment dates on the WebApp.
Normally once the 10 day cooldown period is complete, Lenders have a 48 hour “Withdrawal Window” during which they can withdraw their deposit. If a pool has insufficient Total Cash Available to make the withdrawal, the Lender must wait and activate another 10 day cool-down period before attempting withdrawal again. During this time, Borrowers will continue to make principal and interest repayments, increasing cash in the pool. At that point, if there is enough Total Cash Available, the Lender can withdraw the balance within the 48-hour withdrawal window. Lenders will continue to earn interest and MPL rewards during this time.
Once all withdrawal requests are processed, Pool Delegates will begin to issue loans again.
Withdrawal flow: After 90 days a withdraw request can be triggered, which activates a 10-day cooldown timer. When the timer passes, there is a 48 hour window to withdraw all or part of the balance. Read more about the withdrawal window here.
The withdrawal mechanism is outlined in the Terms and Conditions, available here for your reference.
